"Took hours and they couldn't figure out why they couldn't charge my cars. So they had me make a payment and come back in 3 days. I did and still the same thing. It was because of the mail. So they stopped charges. And they weren't calling the bank like I kept saying to. When they did it took 2 min to fix. 2 days and hrs each day I can't get back."

"Waited ten minutes in line to purchase one Ethernet cord. Gave up waiting and decided to go to Walmart instead. They seem to have at least five associates working the floor but only one register and we got stuck waiting behind the same line as someone returning something. That said, the associate helping me find the Ethernet cord was very nice and friendly."

"This is the absolute last time I will even try Best buy for anything. Tried to get my son's car stereo installed, not only was the appointment a week and a half out when we called back to confirm you can't even get an employee from the actual store for the appointment was set on the phone. Everything's being routed through India or some call center where they hardly speak clear English. Don't care if English is your second language however The people calling you should be able to understand you. Why do I have to go through a call center in a different country in order to get a hold of a local store? Best buy wants to outsource their call center I'm going to outsource my money and take it elsewhere. Look forward to you closing your doors like Toys r Us."

"Great customer service in the computer department! The employee answered all our questions without trying to just up sale us. As a result of the no pressure, honest feedback on products that would work for us without trying to sell the most expensive item, we actually made our budget go further, bought a few additional items we hadnt planned to buy and got everything we needed for our son's computer."

"Bought an open box computer, online for pickup in store, it was advertised as good “minor cosmetic damage may have some nonessential accessories missing” priced at $856. When we picked it up it had no box and all the accessories were in a zip lock plastic bag. Drove home 40 minutes, tried to set it up and noticed that the mouse was missing. The “nonessential item” was the mouse. We looked online at another open box that was advertised as fair “ cosmetic damage may have essential items missing” and it was priced at $803. When we tried to call the store back, we got a call center in another country. The person on the other end suggested we go back to the store. We then tried the chat feature and they said corporate can’t give you a credit you have to go back to the store. We went to another Best Buy and bought a mouse for $53, they said they couldn’t give us a credit. Whoever is pricing the open box items needs to learn what actually is essential and the difference between “Good” and “Fair”."
