"Absolutely don’t use this company. We called them for a broken spring/valve issue in our washing machine. They did fix the spring but the washing machine would never fill with water after they left. They tried to fix the valve but instead, short circuited the machine entirely to where it would never work again. They tried to blame LG. They did refund us for their service but this does not include the laundromat service we had to use for 3 weeks and the time I had to take off work for 3 different visits from them. We asked them to replace the whole washing machine but they refused. Worst company ever!"
"My oven went out on Thanksgiving eve. I called them at 7:30am in a frantic, needless to say Donna was so nice in getting a technician to my house by 9am! The technician was so nice and fixed my stove within 30 minutes! I am up and running and can continue cooking! I highly recommend them!"

They assisted me in determining what the issue was, as well as worked for a month in trying to get it resolved. Mr. Appliance of Ft. Worth has been fantastic to work with! Donna in the office has been amazing in helping me with my issue, as well as the technician, David who provided me excellent information. I cannot recommend their company strongly enough!
