"I came to this Firestone because it was closer to my apartment. I usually go to a different one but I wanted to be able to leave my car and get it properly serviced. They couldn't find my account which had the warranties for the parts I needed. I showed my statements from my email and he told me that there was no way he could access them on his computer. I proceeded to get the car serviced, they didn't do everything I asked. After getting serviced the car sounded worse than before. So I ended up going to my usual firestone and they pulled up my info from theirs and this shop's service history and proved that I paid an unnecessary $400. To be very clear, if this shop wouldn't have messed up with the service job in the first place I would've paid them an extra $400 for something I was supposed to get from my warranty. I trust firestone but not this one. I felt severely taken advantaged of."
