"No so many people who had problems with this location posts things. Since they are aggravated with poor service. Since I had multiple problems with the so called mechanics and the shop staff I decided to post this remark. I paid over 3000 thousand dollars to have all my engine; transmission, value cover, etc gaskets replaced. They took over two months to finish the job and not even a week later gaskets started leaking oil. In additional I started having problems with other unrelated parts. Several of their poorly trained mechanic took the entire engine apart 4 times from the frame and put it back horrible. My car had muliple loose parts, which became damaged. My water pump, my power steering pump, my pulleys, my belt, my radiator hoses, one of my headlights, the electrical wiring, the alignment and my steering wheel is loose. I had to leave the car there for another month to fix it. Ali, the store manager complained that his mechanics screwed it up, which happened to have left the shop. I came there over 17 times and each time Ali would complain on those mechanic, which I would argue he hired them not me. The Owner, another individual who has no idea about what is going on in his shop besides taking the customers' money to the casino, every single week as the shop complained about. Each time I came back to the shop with a problem, Ali tells me that the parts are warranted but has no time to get my car in. He clearly cares about collecting money from customers and ignoring the problems that happen afterwards. He either complaints about not having enough space, his store manager not paying him, not finding mechanics and when he gives me a date to came in, guess what????? He doesn't have time or space when I came back. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE IN THEIR OF SERVICE! THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR PREVIOUS MECHANICS! THEY ARE NOT UP TO THEIR WORDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reposted--- Ali called me more times after this was posted then he ever did to fix my car. In addition the scamming owner posted that I did not detail the problem..... Hello... please read the sentences. It stated every single thing you screwed up on.... it stated how you can't find a legit mechanic. It stated you claim to have warranty for parts but cannot honor that for customer. It statesd you have poorly trained mechanics or they just do not care. Your shop is a joke to customers."

"I had a potentially VERY DANGEROUS situation today and these guys literally saved my day (and my car)!! Not only did they come and get the car off of the busy freeway, they FIXED THE CAR and I DROVE IT HOME within a couple of hours. Yes, the pictures are real and these guys FIXED IT and got me on my way! These guys are honest, speedy and they really care. There can't be a better place to call for help when you really need it than these guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!!"
