"I will never visit this location again. The store manager Jay is so obnoxious and annoying. He talks to his staff any kind of way. Some people can’t handle higher positions. I must of heard “I’m Jay the store Manager” a million times omg. I was like okkkkkk I get you’re the manager but you ain’t solving my problem! He was more interested in selling products than helping fix a simple connection issue. I left feeling really upset because one of my issue was losing connection if I hit a bump and I would assume they would check for loose wires but they didn’t. They found every excuse not to do anything but suggest me buy more of their products. Please!! So I left with and unresolved issue of bad connection. I’ll find someone else to do it and no need to reply with that stupid “we’re sorry you had a bad experience “"

"I’ll give them two stars because they were nice people BUT I hate their business model. According to the store manager Johnny, they charge for extra time regardless if it takes less then a few min. In my example they charged me 90 min and it took them 30 min to complete the job. When I asked them why charge me 90 min if it ONLY took them 30 min and they said that’s how we do business. I didn’t relieve that’s how this location does business. I can’t expect my employer to pay me for 3 hours of work if I only clock in for 1 hour then why should I expect to pay for 90 min when it only took 30. Based on that I will not be back, I’m all about transparency and if they told me there was a shop minimum or they messed up and gave me store credit for the time difference I would of been okay with that. But for them to say “this is how we do business” is just not acceptable to me."

"Awesome customer service. They saved me $300.00 that the dealership was wanting to charge when it was only a fuse change. I did purchase a radio replacement from Car Toys but the repairman honestly told me that I only needed to replace the fuse which came with the car. All and all, No Charge. Thank God. I highly recommend Toy Charge."
