"Very rude. Yesterday, I observed the employee at the front desk yelling at a customer in a very aggressive and intimidating way. There was confusing as to who was next to be served and the customer was trying to be polite. There was no need to be verbally aggressive. The customer was Mexican and I felt the employee was combining from a very dark place. I walked out of the store and ordered from Amazon. Be kind."
