"I recently hired champion plumber to fix a leaking pipe in my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Not only was Ricky prompt and professional, but they also quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a thorough explanation of the repair process. The work was completed efficiently, and the results were top-notch. Additionally, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Ricky for anyone in need of plumbing services. Their expertise, reliability, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart."

"I'm a new homeowner and the seller left me a few interesting issues with the water/plumbing here. Scheduling my service appointment was super easy, and they were able to get a tech out to me rather quickly. Ricky came by and was very respectful and knowledgeable, took a look at everything I had questions about, and provided me a very straightforward look at my options on his tablet. I appreciated seeing the prices for all services and parts right there in front of me so that I could make the best decision for my house and budget. He also gave me some advice on future plumbing issues that might arise. Great first experience with this company, and I would definitely use them again."

"I had contacted Champion AC & Plumbing to repair a leaking pipe on the bottom floor of my house. They came out on January 26, 2024 to diagnose the problem, quoted me about $6,700, and "repaired" the pipe on January 27, 2024. I thought $6,700 was exceptionally high to charge but had no reason to believe the repair was done poorly. However, a week later, on February 2, 2024, I smelled dampness in the same area of the original repair, and discovered that the originally "repaired" pipe was actively leaking. The repair had failed because the soldering job of the new pipe was improper and did not form a perfect seal. As you can see in the video I've uploaded, the "repaired" pipe by Champion was leaking (it's the copper pipe on the right side of the video). Given the urgency of the problem, I didn't trust Champion any more so I found another plumber to fix the job Champion should have done originally (given the high cost). As you can see in the pictures of the pipe itself the soldering job was done improperly and didn't form a complete seal. I am extremely disappointed that I spent so much on a repair job that created a new leak that required another repair. I strongly discourage anyone from using Champion AC & Plumbing - they charge exorbitant fees and still don't complete the job -- requiring you to find a new plumber. You cannot trust the quality of their work -- which is deeply disappointing given their very very high fees and costs."

"Fantastic response time and service by Thomas A. for an emergency-level problem: plumbing leak on the city inlet line in our front yard causing a small fountain flooding the yard. We received emergency response time by virtue of our service contract with Champion and they were here within an hour. Thomas dug a hole in our yard, found the cracked PVC, replaced a section with better quality PEX, pressure tested for no further leaks, filled the hole, and we had the water back on within 4 hours of the initial call (including a trip across town for some special parts for our “special” plumbing). Thomas was a great guy and very professional. Great job!"

"Ricky and Matt were diagnosed our issue quickly and thoroughly. They were able to fix our broken sewer pipe very quickly and showed us exactly what the issue was and also walked us through the fix. They even suggested that the city come out to fix a connecting pipe while they had everything open. The city came out within thirty minutes and helped make sure that the repairs were 100%. Thank you for excellent service!"
