"Overall I am happy with the install the company is a third party contractor from Lowe's. However, there was communication problems between their internal sales team, system designer, and installers. I was originally told install would happen on Friday, but when I called to confirm it was actually scheduled for the following Monday. Next, I was told install would only be eight hours, but minimal crew was dispatched and they did not have all the necessary supplies. The install crew was awesome, they stayed late to get some AC going to cool down my house from 80+ degrees and 60% humidity. Thus the four star rating instead of three. The crew finished the install (new ducting and heating) the very next day. The only concern I have is they travel from Austin to the Waco area for service and installs. Having such long travel time, communication is paramount to getting quality service in the least amount of time."

This was work we had no choice but doing, and did so reluctantly, but the team explained all of our options and even landed us on other a great deal. "Dan was very good at his job & informing me of some dangers with my unit. Also, informed me of a clean air device that can be attached to my unit to help keep the air quality and air ducts clean, & your Freebuary program whereby I could save a lot of money by purchasing a new unit this month. He was also kind enough to check a pipe outside that had not been replaced (or had fallen off) & put some of your cleaner down the pipe to make sure it is clean. Please thank him again for his excellent service."
