"I am still in shock from how bad the phone call I just had with this company was. LG told me to call and speak with Dean, their contracted service technician from this company. When I called, a secretary, answered, who refused to give me any information. Names. Phone numbers. Nothing. She told me to call the TV tech (is that not Dean?) and leave a voicemail. I asked for his name and she said,“ he’ll give you his name if he wants to.” So I called back to leave a voice mail and she answered again. Am I being pranked? Is this real life? Looking at the other reviews, I’m shocked this place is still in business. Avoid if you have high blood pressure."

"I called this company on Saturday, to schedule someone to come out for an in-home estimate. I was told they would come on Monday between 12-5. I gave them the model # & size of tv. Monday I called to confirm one rude gentleman told me that he could not help me and whoever says they will be there will be there. The guy calls and ask me what is wrong with my tv, and then asked me if I knew why it was not working. Then proceeded to ask me if I had the model number ... I said yes then asked me if I had someone at home to help.. I said yes my husband is here to help. Then he said what size again I said 82 inch... he made some noises and I said is it to big for you to look at it ... he said yes and said he needed to reschedule... I said that is ok and have a good day. Horrible service from the 1st phone call!!"

"If I can. I leave 0 stars for him. I drop off an ELcasete deck to check out the mechanical not engaged. With a $20 fee. After 2 months. I call in. DEAN ( I think the owner) said the tech still working on it. Can’t figure out what's wrong yet. So today I kind of upset, so I stop by ask to take the unit back. I ask the Technical “ you can’t figure it out? He said the Dean working on it. Not him.(How come Dean not honest with me when I call in?) That's a Big Fat Lier. Don’t bring anything to this guy. He had no knowledge or experience to me. On his business sign have logo of 5 Star service. Maybe that 5 star from his own rate for himself when business just opened. Take it down. Dean."

"Dispatched by LG for warranty fridge repair. Got a compressor replacement done at home on a Sunday the day after reporting it. The technician knew what they were doing and brought the parts with them. No messing about no return trips. No excuses, just fixed."

"I needed my Sony TV repaired. They took about 24 hours to get back to me with what was wrong with it as well as a price estimate. The TV was ready the next day. They were very nice people and the price was reasonable. I really appreaciated how quickly the whole process was. I would go 100% go back again."
