H-E-B plus!

"I want to say a huge thank you to the store manager Scott and to one of the workers Michael who helped me to get boxes for my next move. I called Scott the day before and he stated he would make sure to have the boxes ready and he was true to his word that next morning when I phoned in at 6 am he said they were ready. Even though I’ll be moving a little further I will continue coming to this location since I always get great service with any of my needs❤️❤️❤️"

"I had gone to other HEBS before, but I have NEVER been treated like this ever. I had been shopping with a few girl friends and was browsing different beauty products when an associate seemed to be following us around. I didn’t mind and assumed she was doing her job but then she proceeded to VERY rudely shove a basket to us and told us to use it. we were only browsing and picking up a few items and didn’t want it, but without being rude back we just accepted it, even though we were confused. I had just shrugged it off and thought maybe she was having a bad day, but oh no. she then proceeded to follow me and my girls around the ENTIRE store with other employees too, which made us super uncomfortable and we wanted to leave. At one point she came up to us AGAIN and proceeded to tell us to use the basket again after my frien and I were separating our stuff because we were paying separately. it makes no sense to combine our items if we’re paying separately? We then proceeded to go check out and continued to get stares down the entire time. we are paying customers. why are we being followed and treated like criminals?? The experience made me super uncomfortable and I NEVER want to come back. and seeing other reviews about other people being treated the same makes me want to vomit. do better."

"This is my go-to grocery store! Love how big it is and how helpful the employees are. I have a service dog and we have always been treated with kindness and respect. It is greatly appreciated. Not to mention that this store has the BEST rotisserie baked chicken."

"Super helpful & friendly employees who never hesitate to offer assistance, even proactively at times - when last did you have a store employee come up to you and ask if they could help!?? Awesome!! This is my go to grocery store, and I don't buy produce and meat at any other stores bc HEBs is always fresh... Not so with the other stores"

"This is a solid HEB Plus!. Quality produce that we expect from HEB is here. All the varieties of products to choose from on the aisles are here. I have yet to look for a product on the shelf and not found it. I'm exceptionally happy with the plant department here. The freshness of the flowers and plants are wonderful."
