"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE-LIES and UNPROFESSIONAL- Ordered dress on April 3, was told it would be in Nov 13, my event date is Jan 13. ( Never was given a RUSH option.) I made arrangements for pictures Nov 24... NO dress...They let us borrow the display one because they knew they were wrong and had no idea when my dress would be in and even went to the extent of trying to say no payment was made. When the dress came it, it was the wrong SKIRT and it looked ugly... I spoke to Cindy who lied and said she was not the owner and couldn’t do anything to help me because it wasn’t her fault. I made a second payment in cash and made sure to get my receipt. She made me pay more money to have the dress skirt redone so we could have it in (in a week) time for my event with no choice I paid the rest so my daughter could have her dress fixed correctly. Finally, the weekend of my event came and they tried to give me a dress that was not the one I ordered. The owner stayed behind closed doors and refused to help us with the situation and the staff kept saying, ITS JUST A DRESS... never gave me the things I paid for. I have receipts showing I paid my first payment on 4/3 and I have a receipt showing I made another cash payment on 12/29... We called the cops on them because they wouldn't look at my proof of my credit card payment I found back in April. The staff became violent and for our safety we called the police. We took the dress and left. They are fraud! They lied the whole time. I hope you try to sue me so I can counter sue and get the refund I deserve because you did not come through on your word. MY family and friends know this and speak about it because they know the stress it put me through and the time wasted, money wasted, and we want to make sure everyone can make an educated purchase. We already reported you to the Expo event as well. Whenever you want to apologize and refund me my money, you have my number."

"We love how friendly everyone was. Everyone took their time to show us everything. Nobody was rushing us. Everyone made us feel like home. I think my daughter was in her dress for at least 30min walking around. And not once did we feel like we had to hurry up and be done. We even had the pleasure of meeting a designer who spent quality time with us going over the dress and customizing the colors step by step. We learned about this place at Quinceanera Expo where we also won a free crown. I believe it was meant to be. We came here for a completely different dress. The dress that we saw at the Quinceanera Expo is completely day and night from what we say yes to. And I don't think there's another dress up there that can be customized to what we wanted and what we were looking for. I can't wait to see the final dress."
