"Oh my! Scheduled my 6 month check up 2 weeks ago online which I chose a date & time ( a service plan that we pay for monthly). Never showed up at designated time, so we called customer service. They explained that it was a 4 hour window (which the website did not designate) so we waited … I called back to customer service after the 4 hour window had passed. By the way, no one ever called us to update, We were the one checking in with them. They finally said that they thought we should reschedule the appointment, then someone in the background said that a technician could be there within 30 minutes…. So long story short - technician finally showed up and only handled the A/C portion. We pay monthly for a 6 month check up for Strand to proactively check out our entire system, including our furnace & tankless water heater. So disappointed in their customer service, not friendly or helpful in resolving this issue. Felt that they were too busy to assist us in resolving this issue. My daughter has been a customer of them for years and highly recommended them to us when we moved to the area. Unfortunately, we, as senior citizens did not receive the same service. Although, when I called to cancel our monthly service, they were quick to accommodate us. Unbelievable."

"I had a service call today by Alfredo Rodriguez. I am glad to say he was a breath of fresh air. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient in his work, but he was also a pleasure to communicate with. I have never had a problem with any of your service technicians before, but I thought Alfredo was absolutely the best I have ever had come to my house. With employees like him, your business will only get better. Keep up hiring good workers like him."

"Caleb is great. He is polite, friendly, and professional. He respects your property and makes sure to keep everything clean. During his work, he provides updates on any changes. He came to repair a clogged drain in the kitchen, and as he was leaving, he noticed that I had a leaky line in the yard. I never saw it; it could have been costly if it hadn't been caught. Strand Brothers is very lucky to have such an employee. Curtis was also accommodating, friendly, and professional. I will ask for Caleb or Curtis for future repairs. UPDATE: They couldn't find the leak. I need to speak with management. I am thinking about downgrading my review."

"Notice my water heater went out on me late at night. Pretty impress how fast Strand Brothers were able to schedule me first thing in the morning. Technician ended up showing up right at 8am. Have to say hands down tech Caleb Mock was amazing. I feel like he went beyond and explain everything to me (luckily Water Heater was still under warranty) still had to pay labor. I sign up for their club membership. Very lucky to find a good plumbing company. Thank you Strand Brothers…"

"Just had a water softener installed and was very pleased with the service. I’ve had Strand Brothers do out maintenance for years and still amazed with how professional everybody is. Caleb Mock did the water softener installation and kept me informed on progress and next steps. When installation was complete he went out of his way to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable with the product. Will definitely use again."
