"My garbage disposal wouldn’t work so I called Reliant Plumbing last night around 10:00 pm. The gentleman answered the phone and scheduled an appointment the next day between 12 - 6 pm. Today Mack the technician arrived right after 12 pm. He was very polite and professional. The disposal was fixed quickly, and I was so impressed by his efficiency. Last but not least, when I asked Mack how much I owed him, he said none. His honesty really touched me! When I called about our main water leak, Cheyanne, who answered the phone was so reassuring and sympathizing to our situation. Within a few hours, Matt came out to give us an estimate for repairs (on his way home, he deviated to do this). Once again, Reliant was ‘on the ball’! The next afternoon Jason Sawyer was on the job. He stayed until the leak was found so he could get it fixed for us. There was great communication between the company and us about the arrival of the technician. RELIANT IS RELIABLE!! They made my problem their problem and treated us like we were friends not clients. GREAT SERVICE!!"
"Water heater out for a week and run around from home protection. Called Julianna and she got Zack out here within 30 minutes. Zack was prepared for all scenarios and got us set up with a plan of action. Then Armando & Kaleb came out a few hours later and installed a tankless water heater. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and didn’t mind all of our questions. We are so excited to have this taken care of before Christmas!"
