"Horrible experience with this company's service and its owner. Absolutely unprofessional--deserves negative stars. Complete lack of response for weeks after they charged over $7K to fix a unit that the owner himself later claimed it should've been replaced not fixed. The unit has stopped working right after he supposedly fixed it and I called no less than six times over the course of WEEKS before this guy finally decided to send someone out (of course he promised several times he'd take care of it, but never did). He completely dropped the ball. He finally sent his rep out who said that it needed to be "demo'ed" or something like that-- then why did you take our money and "fix" it if it was too old to be fixed? Not sure how his dad ran the business, but pretty sure it was nothing like his son. It's with our legal team now so this isn't over. Avoid this company and use an outfit like Elite AC -- FAR more professional, detail oriented, and trustworthy. Additional comments to owner response: Obviously you didn't take enough time to review(or know) the facts. You are supposed to be the professional. You knew(and clearly admit here) that these units are too old to fix, and you say you recommended unit replacement, yet you still took the job and charged us over $7K. That is highly unethical. And who tried to pressure anyone into a lease extension? Do you know the facts of that? Yet another thing you are falsely claiming and to which you will be brought to account for. That space will not be re-leased to the current tenant. Also, according to Vince, he fired you and put Elite in your place because of your ineptitude. If you are so good, why aren't you servicing the Austin store? We know why. His store in Leander is only using you because that just happened to be his contractor's choice--I imagine only because you're "cheap." But like old adage-- he may soon find out that "you pay peanuts, you get monkeys." And yes, you finally sent someone out only after weeks of promising to do something and yet doing nothing. Your "guy" did nothing...no report---nothing. Just a verbal "that unit has to be condemned". Lazy and unethical. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone who reads this and is looking for HVAC service, to steer far from this company."

"We've been using this company to service our two residential units since 2017. Their price was reasonable compared to others. Dean did a very detailed & thorough inspection in the fall. He found some leaks in the ducts that we didn't know & gave a fair quote to replace a part. When he entered our home he was polite, courteous & he put on some shoe covers to protect our white carpet. We definitely will continue to call on them for our AC needs."
