Excited too do business at this location because the location in Victoria was 100% awful only one employee there who seemed too do his job well and had great customer service. This store compared too that one in Victoria tx, is right away welcoming and helpful and the employees actually have a good attitude and help"

"This company has completely gone down. We been dealing with them well over 10 years ( Back when they were named Easy Homes) The last 3 items we paid off with receipt paid in full. We were harassed for over 3 months getting calls asking when will we be making our payment, and each time we had to tell them we’re paid in full. (Huge warning flag) So without the my spouse approval I used Buddy’s one more time to buy a refrigerator right during the pandemic 2 years ago around October for the holidays. Well that never happened I was giving 2 refrigerators that was something I prefer not to even send you through the nightmare. Mind you It wasn’t those 2 I had requested out of their catalog. I didn’t receive that one until late January 2020 after the holidays. Still making payments each month as if I had my refrigerator. Now to the present I have been diagnosed with stage 2 cancer. Been in and out hospital going 3 months now. Fell behind on my payments by 2 weeks. Buddy’s have been ruthless to me. Augustine came to my job the day that I returned back to work.Once he seen how sick I was he said he was willing to work with me, but at the same time threatening to take the refrigerator. But today was the final straw that broke the camel’s back. I was at work which we can’t have our phones on and I receive a long text message stating that Buddy’s will be filing charges on me for theft. I called and trying to explain my situation for the 3rd time. Augustine told me that being terminally ill doesn’t release me from my obligation. (I never said it did all I was asking for is more time) In other words Buddy’s don’t give a damn about a loyal customer for over 10 years of business.If I survive my cancer treatments I WILL NEVER USE BUDDYS AGAIN."

"I rented furniture from them and I asked them to come pick it up and they refused to do so trying to claim that the all furniture was damaged and it wasn't now they're trying to take money off my card an unauthorized use. This location is in Austin, Tx by Walmart on Norwood.I spoke with Scott and Augustine."

"Don't waste your time working for them or buying from them. They are prejudice and treat their employees like they don't do a good job. The manager Sergio has been harassing a person I know that works there. He lied to me when I asked why he has been harassing people. The manager also has a group of people that gangs up on my friend too. They have been trying to get him fired since day 1. So please choose another company to buy from. They don't support people of color."
