"Verified my order with a worker from the bakery beginning of the week, later I went to pick up the cake for my baby’s 1st Birthday, and the order was not made!!! They rushed to tell me it would be ready in 30 min, there was miscommunication with the paperwork. I had no time to wait so I returned later for the cake and was very disappointed with the way it came out. The whole top tier was cracked and the little toys were left with the plastic piece. The frosting peeled off when I tried taking them off. Glad my aunt was able to fix the the frosting ourselves."
"The people in the food court move incredibly slowly. It's hard to imagine moving more slowly since if you tried you'd move back in time. It's insane. I feel like a manager has never stepped foot over here and that no valid workers comp injury has ever occurred in this department due to how slow every machine and employee works. I'll never get the time back I stood in line and I'd hate to admit I started timing different functions. I'd share the numbers but you wouldn't believe me. See it for yourself, just make sure you have plenty of time to burn."
