"The whole process was great! They even picked up my washer/dryer on their day off. I got charged by accident after pick up and they refunded me immediately. Only thing I wish was different was being refunded on my card instead of having to go to the store. Will be renting again for sure!"

"I have paid off 4 accounts with this location there's always a problem when you ask for a item I asked for another dell touch screen lap top went in store to pick it up its the wrong laptop fOr me a free week promised to deliver the correct one that day came dropped of laptop. Wrong cord call need to pick up laptop and exchange due to the wrong cord upon further examination its not what I asked for no. Touch screen call today to let theme no some one is available mgr tells me were nit going to drop what were doing never asked you to. Wow customer service"
"So my bill was due yesterday which was Sunday and I have one of the sales lady Martha harassing me about my bill. It was due on a Sunday mind y'all that Sunday they are closed. She hasn't even done half her shift and she's texting my phone harassing me being disrespectful. After I finish my payments I won't be going back. I'm a customer I don't believe any one should be texting there customer and being disrespectful on the customers phone line as customers we are not obligated to answer or respond to unwanted calls or texts. If I were you all I wouldn't think about renting from this place it's ghetto and has bad customer service."
