"I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from Harmon at this location on 2/5/24. My partner and I went to find a faucet to replace the existing one in our kitchen sink, which is quite an unenjoyable experience...or so I thought, until Harmon started to speak with us. He knew everything about which brands offered the best warranties, the details about the faucet models - this man knew everything there was to know. In addition, he told us about a clearance item in the back of the store that looked similar to one of the faucets we were looking at and brought it out for us. At a complete steal of $67 (originally almost $200), we walked out of the store as happy as clams with a faucet we loved, but even better, an above and beyond experience from Harmon! I'd also like to mention that we were in Lowe's for quite a while...four different people offered us assistance and Erika at the checkout was over-the-top with kindness and offering us a cart for all of our items. There are typically fewer things I dread than going into a home improvement store on a Monday night to buy something boring, like a faucet, but Harmon & team made me actually want to be there. So, big thanks!"

"Customer Service at this Lowe's is so bad. If it weren't so close to my house, I wouldn't do business here. once you actually get someone to help you (which takes a great deal of effort), they are sometimes quite helpful. We made an order online only to be told it was mandatory to come in to the store to sign things - on paper! in 2023!!! That was difficult and we were at the store for over half an hour - first waiting for someone who knew what to do, then just waiting for it to be done. Calling the store is a horrible experience. We tried that and were hung up on while on hold. While standing around in the store waiting to SIGN a paper, we actually witnessed the employee pick up a ringing phone and hang it right back up. So, yeah, don't even try calling. So i am giving 3 stars instead of only one because once you get someone to actually HELP you, the products are good and the result is positive."

"Sad to write this because the help we got in the store was fantastic. Unfortunately, when we arrived home we realized an item we purchased was broken (Attic ladder) we called customer service to see if they had one in stock so we could replace it (our contractor was coming in a few days to install), and let's just say, the woman on the phone was less than helpful. Her initial response was well bring it back and get a refund. When we explained we needed a replacement not a refund, she said well.. we show one in stock. (We only saw one on the shelf), so we asked if she would check and verify it was in stock. She acted SO PUT OUT that were expected her to do her job.... we literally had to repeat several times that we needed someone to actually CHECK before we came. After being placed on hold for a long time, she came back and said "nope we don't have one, bye" we asked can you check and see another store? too late, she hung up!!!!!!!!! We called another location (south Austin) and COMPLETELY different attitude. The staff member was helpful and pleasant and said "unfortunately, we don't have one in stock but let me check other stores". Gee, was it that hard to DO YOUR JOB?"

"I haven't had the best track record with Lowe's, so I've been doing business with their competition. However, I found myself needing something and was close to this store. I decided to give them a chance. I've been remiss in writing a review, so here we go. I was in the Garden Center and was looking for a specific plant and had questions.  Kristy was available and friendly with me. She answered all my questions and got me to the plant I was interested in. I greatly appreciated that. Also, last spring, a gentleman named David, who was arranging plants, helped me find better plants for my needs, and gave me good education for tending to them to thrive in my environment. These two employees have changed my opinion of shopping at Lowe's."
