"Called to see about having a leaking washing machine repaired, and informed the gentleman who answered that there was a dryer stacked on top. The immediate surly response was "Do you have a way to unstack it?" If I wanted to move and repair things myself, I would have already done it. The entire point of calling a professional is that the professionals act professional, do the work correctly and professionally, and hand me a bill. Next time try something like "Oh, there's a dryer stacked on top? It'll cost you $X more unless you can unstack them yourself in advance.""
