"This review is long overdue! I went in to get a high quality vacuum a while ago, maybe a year ago and had a great experience. Tom was very knowledgeable and gave me just enough options based on what I was looking for where I had the freedom to choose but also wasn’t overwhelmed by the number of options they actually carry! I bought a David’s standing vacuum and the handheld firefly. Both have been phenomenal. Bags are easy to order online. The 3 month free check in helped sell me but then I got too lazy to actually bring it in. A year later though, both products are still working great and I know if I have any issues, this is the place to go to!"

"I stopped in today (12/2) with my Dyson, it wasn't working well. They came out and brought my vacuum in the shop without me asking, they saw me pull up. It was the filter. They cleaned everything up great checked that there were no other mechanical issues all while I waited, great service! They are my 'go to' with any vacuum issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"We took our vacuum to David's Vacuum's today because it wasn't working properly. We did have to wait a few minutes before we were helped but Randy apologized immediately. Randy was very patient and understanding especially since we really don't know anything about vacuums. Randy is very knowledgeable on all sorts of vacuums. I even asked him if he went to school for this because he seems to know a lot about vacuums. He said he didn't but I don't know....he definitely knows what he's talking about. If you go to David's vacuum ask for Randy. He is friendly and likeable and you will walk out of there feeling better than you did when you walked in ...that is if Randy helps you!"
