"Pollo used to be a go to. This location is just not up to what I'd usually expect cleanliness and upkeep. Staff fairly laissez-faire and non attentive. Salads jumped up to $11, and this location seems to not include much avocado or chicken. Sadly, probably lost a good, healthy option for a quick meal."
"I got a tostada salad double chicken , no pico . I asked them to take off the chicken and just put a breast on the side for me . The food was very dry, I can tell they are very stingee with their stuff, there was barely any sour cream they stuffed it a lot of lettuce also there was none of that green sauce that comes on it and that’s why food was really dry! I mostly go through the drive thru customer service is okay.. if you wanna get fresh food and big pieces of chicken I wouldn’t go here like I said very stingee"
"Food is really sad and bland. Plus they don't get the entire order correct. Been twice and felt compelled to write a review finally. Update: about 20 min after leaving I got sick and had to pull over. Unfortunately the food might not have been kept at temp or something like that contributing to a sick stomach. Don't recommend this place, better chicken elsewhere."

"I love the fresh, real grilled chicken without breading or pulverized, reshaped meat. Service is great! Upper-tier dinner at fast food speed and prices. Relaxing dining area. Worth twice the price! Good drive thru and better parking layout than others."
