"Since moving to Houston in 2013, chipotle has gone from $7.50 for a steak burrito/bowl to $14.80. Quality was not included in that increase of cost. I understand with the pandemic and costs going up for supplies, but I mean how do you not know how to cook rice? Why is the chicken always burnt? You wanna charge these fees, but you don’t care about the quality?! You also have employees who just talk and stand around not paying attention to the meat on the grills!!"
"Everytime i go if the woman with the colored hair isnt serving food all other employees underserve. Abysmal servings of guac when they charge extra for it."

"It seems every time we order delivery they always forget something. Each of our items cost nearly $20 because we order extra portions. I’ve ordered extra lettuce several times and each time they skip the lettuce completely. I’ve even asked for several call backs, but no one has reached out to me. We love Chipotle, but will not be ordering from this location again."
"First of all, we had to wait 30 Minutes past promised time for our pick up order for our food, got it and it looked like a 2 year old put it together started eating it and realized literally barely any meat. This location is horrible nobody should spend their money here. I contacted customer service to get my money back this has been a consistent issue at this location. Stay far away."
