Door was locked and they closed. 30 minutes early after I had called shortly before. Very irritated. Hour and a half of my day wasted."

"Ken and Jay will take very good care of you. I went in today with a crisis. They solved it. It’s that simple. The crisis: I️ was in Dallas for 24 hours to take a deposition which took several months of fighting, costly motions practice, and ultimately a court order, to schedule. If it didn’t happen on this trip, it wasn’t going to happen. Period. My luggage was misrouted and my only clothes within 800 miles were the filthy polo shirt and chinos which Id been wearing and sweating in for about 36 consecutive hours. If they let me into the depo room looking like that even I would be horrified. I had 10 minutes to find something to wear, and if I didn’t, all bets were off. Client relationship hung in the balance. The solution: Brooks Brothers Factory Outlet - and more particularly, Ken and Jay in Grand Prairie. Told them I needed the works gave them my size info and they took care of the rest. In ten mins, they set me up with a gorgeous suit plus shirt, tie, undershirt, socks, boxers, the works. No compromise on quality or fit. None. Some compromise on cost (they cut me a deal they didn’t need to). These guys care about their customers in a way you experience very, very rarely these days. And they’re officially on my Xmas card list. Do yourself a favor and drop by the store."
