"Atmosphere of 4 only because it can be difficult to drive into and out of. But I don't hold this against them because service has always been exceptional. The food has been great, and if there is ever a problem they are always apologetic and eager to fix mistakes. If I have a choice of any Sonic in this area, I will go out of my way to purchase from this location. Even if it can be difficult and confusing to drive into."
"I judge ALL Sonics by the freshness of their ice. If it looks like snow and is soft (not teeth breaking hard)...it's the best Sonic ever."
"This location has an angry person taking orders! I ordered a hot fudge sundae with added caramel & med. Coke & I felt like I had to apologize for bothering her...Got a teeny cup with not much in it. Not the usual Sonic I visit anyway so I just won't go back to this one. What a bad experience."
"My family and I came to this location to get dinner. When I checked my order I noticed they didn’t put the correct order in the bags. The order was completely wrong. When I told the manager, he asked what I had ordered. I pointed to the signage they had displayed which was their current special. He then said, “I have been meaning to remove those signs, that special is over”. He didn’t offer to correct the order or make it right. I was pretty shocked. A few days later as I’m driving past this location. I noticed the signs are still up. The signs at the West Rd & Barker Cypress location were up as well. So basically this little manager lied to my face and didn’t want to replace my order. I didn't want anything for free. Just the food I ordered. I’ve never stopped at this location again and will continue to tell others about this location. Terrible customer service, food was terrible/slimy. They’d get ZERO stars if that was an option. I drive out of my way to the West Rd. location for now on. That location made sure to go above and beyond when I told them about my experience at the Fry Rd. location."
"I just looked at my footlong & I’m appalled. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I really don’t know what the heck I’m looking at. I’ve never had this issue at any other sonic. Idk if they felt like they were too busy or what the problem was but to skimp on the chili & cheese this bad is & clearly just throw it together to keep the lines moving is unacceptable & disrespectful. I also found a hair in my drink which means they’re not wearing hair nets. I won’t be back."
