"Came here multiple times after working late and there is nobody to be found in the drive thru. Sat there for 20 min because nothing else is open besides Whataburger and finally left because no employees were to be found still. Must be in the bathroom getting it on or something! Horrible!!!"
"I like the food but unlike other stores in this particular chain I always have to request for my receipts and drinks.They act like they are very busy when you could be the only one in the que. One rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for my receipt and did not give me drinks from a combo order."
"When back in town, I always have to make sure I go to Jack in the Box. There's none here in Destin Florida are surrounding area. Love the Tacos and French Fries. Staff Super Friendly. Will Definitely go back."
"Absolutely disgusting. I drive around for work and stopped to get a quick bite to eat before my next appointment. I go through the drive thru and then continue to my job about 15 mins away. I park to eat really quick I take 2 bites and just happened to turn my sandwich around the dang bread had MOLD on it. I’ve called numerous times but no answer and it was out of my to go back at that exact moment. How in the world do you not check what you are serving? The audacity of the cook and the manager to allow their food to go bad and still serve it! I’m pretty sure they’ll have a lawsuit coming their way!!!"
"The drive through was very fast. Nice clean location. The fries were cold and their tacos should be called grease in a shell. I feel like Jack in the Box could do better with their packaging. With the tacos being so greasy and only wrapped in paper instead of foil, they leaked through the paper bag and got all over my leather seat of my brand new car."
