"Came to the drive through at 10:30pm, it automatically said they’re closed. Even though they close at 11. Eventually, I find out they are open when I got to the last window to ask. I Ordered 3 x 2-Piece-Tuesdays and a large fries. Never got my fries. Never got my biscuits, that usually come with the 2-Piece-Tuesdays. Fail."
"Ghost pepper wings are back!! And they are smaller than ever. I felt like my family and I were eating pigeon wings. I took a picture of one wing next to a sauce pack for size comparison. And yes, every one of the wings were that size."
"Not that there aren't already enough bad reviews for this location, but I'm adding mine now. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 1/2 months now - or at least someone to contact me back - for a meal I purchased back on 5/25/22. I ordered two of their famous chicken sandwiches and when I got home I had one chicken sandwich and one sandwich that had 2 chicken strips instead of the chicken breast I paid for. I also received a greasy bag full of fries that never made it into the little paper holder they're supposed to put them in. Check out the pictures for proof. I checked the website and they don't even offer a chicken strip sandwich. I have been in contact with their Restaurant Brands International help desk on 8 different occasions only to be told repeatedly that they will have the owner of the location follow up with me and I have NEVER been contacted by phone or email. But I'm not surprised because I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 7/25/22 and recently learned on 8/13/22 that the business failed to even respond to them! But all of this is ok. The Universe and karma will catch up with them eventually and they'll be out of business! You can't sustain a business with this kind of service. Lousy, pathetic, totally incompetent owner at the 7120 Fry Road Popeyes location in Cypress, Texas. Consumers - you've been warned!"
