"This is my first time in years ever having a bad experience with this establishment. I always ordered the burger and fries always good. So after seeing my son’s food from yesterday I decided to order the fish. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE IDEA. Not only did they not explain the difference of the fish they have they only ask if i want flour or corn meal fried. I asked were they both crispy and i was told yes. I get home and my food look like cat food and was SOFT like baby food. I immediately called and asked for my food to be refried they said the owner said NO i will have to purchase another order so i paid $6 for 1 piece of rushed fried corn meal taste swai fish. Terrible customer from the owner and coward of her to not come out and apologize for the food. What a terrible way to treat your customers. TOTALLY UNHAPPY!!"

"Tried this place for the first time yesterday. I was skeptical when I walked in bc it was empty at lunch time but they did not disappoint. I got the bacon cheese burger with a fried egg and waffle fries. Delicious! Best waffle fries I've ever had. My daughter got the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were more like chicken breast patties lol. They were huge. She said they were "mid" but the bread was amazing. We also got funnel cake fries which were the highlight. So good. It's a cute lil spot. I definitely would go back to try out the rest of the menu. It's a bit pricey, we paid $45. I wasn't expecting that."

"Moved her from Chicago a year and a half ago. And this place is right by my house yet I never tried it until today. The burger was fresh and good. Best burger i tasted out here. It was so big I literally only was able to eat a quarter of it. I cant wait to try other stuff on the menu."

"We love having a JLB so close to the house, and this location is awesome. The food is good, it's packed well for takeout, portions are generous, and its ready fast. They also advertised a mother's day discount, the decor is cute, and its very clean. Definitely plan to come back soon!"

"Great burgers and fries! Buns are toasted to perfection and toppings are fresh. Fries are medium cut and seasoned well. Pepsi brand fountain drinks - no charge for refills. Bonus stars for cold bottled ketchup and shredded lettuce. Restaurant is clean, including restroom, and staff is very friendly. $41 (without tip) for 2 adult combos and 1 kid combo. A little higher priced, but quality is worth it. Love the booth seating option. Always a comfy choice. Will return."
