"Apparently the burgers are good, but I like the wings. When the video was taken I had not received my wings yet. It’s a good place for a beer after work, or a dinner with the kids."

"I had the worst experience ever at a restaurant coming to BWW cypress. My waitress Tyrell was extremely rude. She didn’t provide waters for me and my husband when we ordered a happy hour drink. And once we finished that 1 drink, she didn’t ask if we wanted another drink at all. The whole meal we were drinking our melting ice from our one drink!!!! I had to ask 2 times to get a refill for my kids drinks. After the food was brought out we were ignored the whole time!! Then it was a hair in my husbands wings, and when they were remade and brought out it was a different hotter sauce which he couldn’t even enjoy. If it wasn’t bad enough, after I brought all this up to manager Angel and he took off a percentage from our bill (very appreciative) when our waitress brought us our receipt she literally said no words. No thank you, no “I’m sorry about the hair” nothing at all. BWW is my husbands favorite restaurant but this horrible experience has made us not want to go out."

"Their wings are the best! Be sure to indicate whether you want them dry or super saucy! Fried pickles hit the spot and the breading doesn’t overpower the pickle. The service at the takeout counter is outstanding! Justin took the time to check through the bag with me to be sure we received all items ordered. Add to that they are holding a raffle to help a charitable organization in our community, makes this an amazing place to spend your hard earned money! Definitely recommend!"

"Our initial experience was with the host who looked right at us and screamed next when he was done with the people in front of us. He took us to a dirty table and used the menus to sweep the crumbs to the floor. We had to ask him to either clean the table or seat us at a clean one. He reluctantly grabbed a rag a spray bottle to clean the table and barely wiped it - there were spots where the cleaner he sprayed was still pooled on the table. When we asked him to do better, he literally rolled his eyes. Once the table was cleaned, he set the menus down and walked away without a word. Our table server was wonderful and attentive and we could not have asked for more. The wings were good, although both wing orders and the side of fries we ordered were barely warm. Mind you, we did not come at a busy time and there were no large parties in the restaurant. I understand that they are a sports bar, but even so, it was LOUD! Our server had to basically yell right in our ears to be heard. No, we aren't hard of hearing - or weren't before we went in... Needless to say, we weren't able to have a decent conversation during our meal due to the loud volume. Next time, we will pre-order a take away meal."

"We showed up with a large group. The server was able to handle everyone's orders and drinks in a timely manner, The food was good Is a typical Buffalo wild wings . Ther service is what made it stand out"
