"I Had dinner on the patio with friends. Only one of the heat devices was lit. I inquired about the three others because the temperature was dropping as we ate, I was told they were out of propane for the night. I know there are SOP, but when you have a full patio and it is getting colder, maybe getting a refill at the local Walgreens is a good way to provide better service to your customers. Also, our waiter was not friendly nor attentative. I asked for water for me and my date. He offered me water from people that previously sat there with the group thought they did not drink it. I told him one had lip stains on it. He said I'll bring you one glass. My date had to request two fresh glasses of water. When we placed our order, he told us that everyone ordered appetizers, are we sure we want to order an entree now. Our table had 12 glasses too many. He never removed any. He brought the birthday girl her food, but there was no cleared space for it. I asked for him to placed it on the empty table behind us until we had room. He placed her dish on our flatbread board that still had food on it. Overall, his service left much to be desired."
"The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and the food had a nice presentation. I had the steak and mashed potatoes for dinner. I recommend the bruschetta as the appetizer and the crème brûlée for dessert. It was amazing!"
"My husband and I celebrated my birthday here for our very first time. The manager on duty Luis was absolutely phenomenal! Wonderful hospitality. We tried out the wine flights and they were delish! We tried the empanadas and those were delicious too. Our main course meals were the filet mignon and the churrasco steak and shrimp. Both dishes were super filling. I had to take my plate to go. Since it was our first time there Luis was so nice enough to give us a slice of their homemade tres leches cake. Not knowing we were there to celebrate my birthday. The environment was clean and comfortable. What a perfect place for a birthday dinner."
