Taco Bell

"Absolute worst Taco bell experience today. Placed a mobile order at 1pm, arrived at 1:10pm. At 1:30pm I inquired about my order and I was told they are waiting on the empanada and it would take 8 minutes. I found out my food had been sitting there the whole time and was cold. By this time I had invest 40 minutes for $20 worth of fast food. If I hadn't already missed lunch with my wife before she went back to work I would have had them re make it. Get your stuff together people, the drive through customers were served the entire time I was waiting."

"I have been to many locations. This one is by far the worst. I was not greeted at the front. There's nobody standing at the front register to take orders. Everybody was working at the drive-thru. I then went through the kiosk ordering and was standing there and a lady with long hair when I turned around. Ask me specifically in these exact words. What do you want? And I said I'm just standing here waiting for my food and she told me to Wait by the kiosk and many people came in. Never greeted anybody. I was waiting for my food for 25 minutes more people came in with wrong orders through the drive-thru and indicates it took them just as long to acknowledge them as it did with me. All this tables were sticky. The soda machine look like it hadn't been wiped down and leaks the cleanliness was definitely not upkept throughout the day and the employees were shutting down even though was multiple hours before they were scheduled to close"

"Today at 7:45PM, Went to dine in with my family and waited at counter to order food. No one had a courtesy to greet us or take our order. We stood for like 10 minutes. Then we ordered food from the kiosk. Food arrived and found that large nacho fries were kind of medium and half filled. They were out of hot sauce too. Tables were dirty and sticky. Not coming back."

"This has got to be the worse Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Every time I have gone either my order was wrong, I waited 20-30 minutes for a simple order, or the food was just poorly made. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant but at least try and make the food decent. Every time I have gone it seems like it was a bunch of high school kids that sound like they are on drugs. Last night I ordered the number 1 and two bean burritos and they asked me to park in the front. I waited 25 minutes before my order was brought to me and there was a burrito missing. I even asked for a little extra sauce to which the employee said she would make sure it was in the bag and sure enough, no sauce! They ask people to park in the front because they want to make their time look good to their higher ups when in reality they can't even make a simple order within there supposed time-frame. Did I mention that I drove all the way home and noticed that I didn't get my drink. Again, I understand this is a fast food restaurant but the owner of this Taco Bell should be ashamed at them selves or their management team needs to do something about hiring competent people regardless if they are just being paid minimum wage. The food was poorly made with the tacos barley having any meat. The bean burrito that was missing looked like they found a bean burrito laying around and they just added extra cheese. Funny part about it is it was ice cold and when I opened it you could see melted cheese and some cold cheese just thrown in there. Needless to say I won't be returning to this taco bell. I don't recommend going to this Taco Bell at all unless you feel like wasting money and being disappointed. I'm not even the type of person to leave reviews but if I had an unpleasant experience more than once then I think they deserve a bad review. If I could I would rate this with zero stars."

"No wonder this location is rated so low. Pull up to the drive-through and you get "What do you want?". Tonight I ordered 3 items which cost nearly $20...at Taco Bell. They rudely took my order correctly, but made everything incorrectly. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! If you REALLY want Taco Bell that bad, just go to a different one. Trust me this location is hot garbage and they must just hire people who straight up fail at life."
