"Had 9 people coming to celebrate a birthday, got sat at a booth and told when a table opens up its ours. Waited 20 min then finally one opened up and our waitress had it cleaned for us. We proceeded to move when the manager (a man) said we couldn’t sit there "he promised it to someone else and its for a party of 7." There’s 9 of us but we have to sit in the little booth elbow to elbow or split our party into two separate booths which completely defeats the point of celebrating a birthday. Food was ok but you can get better food and service somewhere else. Oh and the manager LIED. The big table we couldn't sit at he gave to a party of 5 not 7 while I had to sit at a separate booth away from the birthday girl."
"Went in today with a group of 7 and asked to pull 2 tables together on the bar side of the establishment. Manager told me they dont do that on game days. Well that is a bold faced lie. Ive been coming here for 10 years now and there are always groups with tables pulled together on “game day”. Nice job, you lost a loyal customer. I spend a lot and tip very well. Good luck!"
"Granted, we had a large group that got a mandatory tip for the waitress. But that is NO excuse for poor service. Drinks were not refilled. We had to ask several times for silverware. Food was kinda ok, but several folks had cold food, and nothing is worse than cold fries. Sad part, is I would have tipped better if there was service."
"The appetizer we got was ok but the regular food had no flavor. The waitress barely came around. But was definitely there at tip time."
"Visiting the area from the Midwest, our server, Julia, was so amazing. We had wings as an appetizer and burgers for the main course. The food was about a 7 out of 10, but the hospitality was a perfect 10. Julia was so genuine and super entertaining. I highly recommend giving this place a go, either sit at the bar or better yet, ask for Julia. Crazy but she didn’t even pick on us for our heavy midwestern accent."
