"I asked the manager who happened to be working the drive thru if I could order in person since I ask for grilled burritos. She said just use the kiosk. I asked her where is the option for grilled, she rolled her eyes and said what do you want. I have been a loyal Taco Bell customer and have NEVER been treated this way. Then when I received my order it was wrong. I brought this up and the manager told the employee in Spanish, can you fix his problem so he can leave.. She didnt know I am a fluent Spanish speaking Latino. The last time I came to this location, I had an issue as well. I just don't know what to do. Please help me becuase I am beyond hurt.and not sure what to do."
"Similar to being forced to be your own cashier at big box stores, you have to order at a kiosk when inside. For those of us who don't want to do somebody else's job, I would suggest avoiding inside. Drive-thru is the only way to have a human take your order. (There was a woman behind the counter quick to come and offer help at the kiosk). I guess Taco Bell is trying to do away with employees. How long before a robots build the tacos?"
