"Good food and accurate order. Only reason I put a 3 for service is because I tried that mobile ordering where you pull up and park and they bring it to you. Well after picking my space and putting ir in the app then waiting about 15 minutes and watching plenty of people come and go while I was there. I finally went inside and I don't know exactly what happened but basically the food runner somehow missed my order and it was still just sitting there for who knows how long. Otherwise I have no other complaints with them."

"Came through the drive this morning a little after 9 am. Girl on the speaker sounds like she couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t tell me my total I asked for a large water comes out with a small. Didn’t want to acknowledge me. Proceeds to charge me for a meal when I jusy wanted a break fast taco. Didn’t see her name. She had long pink and yellow nails."

"This location consistently screws orders up. I get that sometimes it can be hard to hear exactly what people say in drive thru but there’s no excuse for orders placed through the app to be wrong every time. The people here clearly don’t care what they put into the bag because they know you aren’t going to open and inspect every item until you get home and then there’s no recourse. The only consistent things about this place are the slow service and inept staff."

"Now hear me out. I just had the best worst experience ever. The workers were all working hard. They were all very attentive and very caring every single one of them. But Nico Really made the difference. He understood that I had been waiting a long time for my food due to the overbearing amounts of Uber Eats and doordash orders. He made sure to personally take care of me and make sure that I had the best experience ever. If it had not been for him and the amazing staff there. I think I would have been very upset and really had a sour taste for Whataburger. But everybody there deserves a very big applause for the amazing work that they were doing even with the high pressure situation that they were in. Whataburger, I'm telling you now. These staff members deserve recognition. I will definitely be returning. Thank again Nico!!!!"

"What I ordered vs what I got. Spent $56 and only $10 worth was correct. Also, missing all of the extra large fries we paid for. Update: After 3 attempts to contact them, they finally got back and said "Oh we'll get it right the next time." Did not offer any sort of correction to their mistake."
