"I actually went to two Batteries Plus stores, and both had great service. First one in South Irving did a free test and told me my battery wasn't in as bad shape as I thought it was. (It was like 15 degrees out that day, and the car was a bit hard to start). His exact words were: "Not good. Not bad. Might get another year possibly." The South Irving store didn't have the battery for my car, but the guy looked it up on his computer and found it in the North Irving store. I drove up there and the guy was super professional. Got the battery installed in about a half an hour. Probably wouldn't have taken so long if it wasn't a Subaru with weird fasteners and sub-freezing temperatures. This is a well-run company. And they were open on Sunday!"
