"This is what a modern dealership looks like. I don’t even own a Toyota! I love visiting Toyota of Irving. Each time I visit I see something new. It feels like it's its own little world inside with all the extras they offer and how uniquely they’ve set up the showroom. A gift shop, a kids play area, relaxed seating, business workstations, and a great refreshment center that’s CONSTANTLY being cleaned and tidied up. That’s huge for me. I can’t stand seeing spilled coffee and sugar all over the counters. Why? Because inevitably it gets on me and I’m sticky for the rest of the day… Their sales staff is helpful without being pushy and the management team is very lowkey, laid back but clearly knows how to get things done. Kudos to Jereme and his team, I hope you open more dealerships!"
