"Margaret is very very rude and needs to find a different line of work. She was rude to me when I first was going to rent from them but because that reason I choose not to. My mother decided to still rent form this store. She has never missed a payment or nothing. Margaret called my ill mother speaking very rude threatening her about she better not miss her payment even though she never has missed a payment. On a previous call she asked me mother if she lived in the ghetto and how bad her area she lived in was. Which has no shootings when she asked my mother that. Which she was referring to. If you are going to be in sales have some customers training ! It's not like she never pays. She has been a costumer for multiple years and deserves more respect then that."
