"Aaron showed up to fix our dryer and quickly figured out what was wrong. He was very friendly and timely. Some previous reviews made me slightly nervous but I didn’t experience any of that. He was great."

"I filed a warranty claim online through Assurant’s website, for an appliance purchased at Lowe’s, and selected Gunter Audio & Video from the list of options because they were located closest to our house. I selected a day and timeframe with Assurant, and received a phone call from Gunter’s within an hour of finishing my claim with Assurant to confirm the day and timeframe. The day of the appointment, I received a call about 20-30 minutes before the technician arrived, he was friendly and got to work quickly. When he was finished, he replaced the appliance in its place and explained what the problem was, that it “could” be repaired but that he was concerned it would happen again. He also unplugged the appliance and suggested we avoid using it because of the risk it could start a fire. I would select Gunter’s again, and I would call them for an appliance that isn’t covered by an extended warranty."

"I called Lowe's warranty, got my claim set up and then scheduled the repairs with Gunter. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the low reviews referring to Aaron in particular- him being "rude" to be exact. Honestly I didn't think he was rude at all, but I do think others take things far too personally. Just because someone isn't personable doesn't mean they're rude and not professional. He arrived on time, he diagnosed and his diagnosis was correct, and he fixed it very quickly- in like 15 minutes. After he replaced my water valve my washer is working at 100% again! Water flow is good and no more water stuck in the bleach dispenser. He was knowledgeable, and efficient and I don't know about some of you, but I appreciate that more than anything. I'm so glad to have a working washer again! Thank you Gunter!"

"We were referred to Gunter by LG for repairs on our 3 year old dryer. First, it took them a week and a half to respond to our call. Second, I believe his name was Aaron, finally came to our house, my husband introduced himself and reached out to shake his hand, he ignored my husband. Then Aaron came in our house and I said hi and he ignored me. Did not even look at our dryer. He just asked us what the dryer was doing and made an assumption from there. My husband turned the dryer on to show him what the problem was and he still did not look at the dryer. Charged us $100 for his "suggestion" of getting the motor replaced or buy a new dryer from what he saw. LG needs to find better establishments to service customers who spend hundreds of dollars on their products."
