"Todd, the owner, came over right away and even had to come back the next day after I installed smart thermostats. He's a small business with a small group of professionals working for him. He quoted me $100 for what I asked to do, but even after both visits he wouldn't accept any money from me although I even insisted and also tried throwing money at him. I'm not sure how he makes money but this clearly is a trustworthy owner who is willing to help anyone in need. I'll use him in the future for years to come for sure. I'm the kind of customer that feels obligated to pay for work and services performed and I'm a little shocked but definitely feel blessed as we just moved into a house that hasn't been taken care of.
