"Another great place to find the unusual! They have everything from St. Patrick's Day t-shirts to futons to German cookies to beet chips and back again. And everything is at good prices. I went there, bought a bunch of different dried fruits and nuts. Chopped them up in weird shapes and made a salad for an intergalactic dinner I attended. It was the hit of the night!"

"We have been to multiple locations looking for patio furniture and when we stopped at the Overton Ridge store found a set that appeared to be extremely marked down. The manager came over to us and explained that what we thought was a 5- piece set marked down to $240 was actually only a portion of that set. We voiced our thoughts regarding the way it was marked and left the store, frustrated. I called the store a few minutes later and continued that conversation. The manager, Lakita, did her best to acknowledge my concerns while being business smart, too. I felt she was impressive with the way she handled this particular situation. Lakita took my call much farther than I ever dreamed and called her store manager to voice my thoughts for me and then called me to say that she and her store manager are going to honor the price we saw. This was no small discount and a discount I never dreamed we would receive. I really only wanted that she would somehow see my point of view and hear me out. Lakita and Overton Ridge truly care about their customer and strive to offer a level of service that is nothing short of phenomenal! Thank you, Lakita! Big Lots is better for having you on their team!"
"First time visiting this location but the store is huge. Clean and has friendly staff. I found things I needed and in peace. They are masked up and still friendly. Affordable items and a clean and organized store. When in fort worth again will stop by again. Very quiet and clean store."
