"Terrible experience. Bought high end equipment back in March and still have yet to get it all installed. Not because its not here but because we can not get anyone out to install. On top of it all, the 5,000 dollar ice maker that was purchased has not worked since the day it was installed, over a month ago. We can not even get a repair or service date out of the sales/maint team. Do not use this company for your appliance needs. They advertise a high end luxury custom experience but fall short on all levels."

"Kym, my sales associate was nice and helpful when I ordered my appliances back in May 2021. Fast forward to almost a year later and I still do not have everything I ordered. I was told it was here back in January. Then they told me they cant find it in the warehouse? They lost a 36in refridgerator? Then told me it would be here end of March yet it is April and still no fridge and no emails or calls the explain why? I was under the impression this was a high end appliance showroom yet the customer service has been dissapointing."

"What started out as a lackluster experience turned into a truly positive one for us. We initially had some delays with getting products that we ordered, but voiced our concerns to the manager, Greg, who was very professional and responsive. He made sure that were happy with our purchases and overall provided top notch customer service. We purchased all of our appliances/fixtures for our kitchen and master bath remodel here and were very satisfied with the quality of all of the products we received, as well. They stock beautiful pieces in their gallery. Would highly recommend to anyone remodeling or building in the FW area!"
