"I’m very disappointed in Greg’s tone of voice and when he yells at you on the phone. The district manager will not return a phone call, it’s been 4 weeks. Plus at the start Greg said they had what I needed. Didn’t the next day. I’ve given him 3 chances and he’ll never admit it."

"Rent a Center is convenient. Obviously you will pay more than something is worth in the long run but that's the catch for having items you couldn't afford otherwise. The only issue I had was with getting my items back. My dryer broke. They did pick it up and trade out for another however, that dryer also had a faulty heating element and was disgusting. Who wants to use something to dry their clothes when dog hair and other human hair would be on your clothes. I didn't hear anything back from anyone until I called two months after it was taken to get an update. They couldn't find it. Was told I would get a call back, I didn't. I called again two weeks later. They found it but still needed to be fixed, and again I was told I would get a call back. I didn't. Called again, no update. Finally after three months it was finished, two weeks before the three months mark but no one called to let us know. The only reason we received a call was due to me turning off automatic payments. Then the manager admitted he dropped the ball and took blame for me not hearing back and my dryer being kept an additional two weeks after it was fixed. Finally got my dryer back. I guess the moral of the story is, if you want them to call you for an update or anything at all turn off automatic payments and they will."

"I really haven’t had any problems out of it but I love you all the quality in it the benefit of you at I’ll think of hair gel and password. I don’t know I don’t remember but I know you have good products and I will recommend you to a family friend."

"If I could I would leave no stars! My payment not even a month behind and they showing up 4days after the date of payment for pick up! Tell them they will be paid the following day and they show up the very next day again for pick up! That makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE"
