"My mom is literally in there now. She so happens to look at the paperwork before leaving out and notices the monthly payments have changed. She asked them about and they are beating around the bush until my husband said “What about the payments”. The man said the payments are 3+ and my husband said no the other man said the payments are supposed to be 1+. They just tried to scam my mother in law smh. We will never return here. I don’t recommend at all."

"My parents purchased a fridge, and the delivery was scheduled for 2 days. It was bought Monday and we were supposed to expect it by Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around no call no nothing. My mom proceeded to call and they told her she was supposed to call to confirm the delivery. They never told her that, and they said It was too late already to confirm and they would try again tomorrow. Thursday comes again no call, she calls and now they say there’s paper work missing. She proceeds to the store and they tell her all the paper work was in order. So now the delivery is scheduled for Friday. Again no call no nothing. She calls and now they say it’s expected to be delivered on Sunday. Sunday comes and no call. My mom then calls and now they tell her it will be delivered Tuesday. How ridiculous is that. We then proceeded to the store and cancel the order. What a waste of time, so unprofessional and they lack communication. Horrible experience here, avoiding this store forever. Save your self the time and patience and shop elsewhere."

"Don't go to this store they sold me $1,000 sofa that looks like it's been used first manager said since I signed for it they won't replace it because that's the store policy. I told him you need to tell people that before you buy something he said its in the documents you signed I said who has time to read all those papers. He said other people do but when I was signing those papers the sales guy was just telling me to initial them he didnt tell me read every single paper! and the sofa it's torn in two places. Plus their delivery team are so disrespectful. A manager told me they would replace it on friday...this is Tuesday and still haven't heard anything from the store or the warehouse! This store is a RIP OFF!..I had to give one star so it would post otherwise I wouldn't give them NO STARS!!"

She was super patient and made sure my mom and myself was comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks Mel!! You Rock!!"
