"Worst experience ever. I bought a washer and dryer (which I paid for way before the year was over). My washer recently broke down and although it has been almost 3 months and they still have not fixed it even though it’s supposed to be under warranty. I call EVERY single day and I talk to customer service agents and nothing. THREE times the service agent has cancelled on us “sick” and supposedly they are waiting for a part that they claim will be delivered every single day. This part never arrives, I put in a request for an exchange and they said they couldn’t because the part is in transit but it is not! So frustrated with this company and I will never purchase another item from them again."
