"First off staff was great . The latte came out hot with strong coffee flavor (loved it). I ordered club sandwich with the soup of the day tomato basil(nice bowel soup great flavor) my blt bacon was crisp bread toasted and the lettuce tomato was fresh with just right touch of mayonnaise. Husband had the Fried chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun with crispy onion rings . He said it taste as intended. Atmosphere nice and the location is perfect . Now off to costco( which located across the street)"

"This morning, my friend and I took our visiting college classmate to The Toasted Yolk in Cypress, TX for breakfast, hoping to give her a good southern breakfast experience. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere at The Toasted Yolk is warm and inviting, with a rustic-chic décor and friendly staff. We were seated immediately at a cozy table. Our server, a bubbly young woman (who I forgot to get her name) greeted us warmly and took our drink orders. She also gave us a rundown of the daily specials. We decided to order for our classmate the Brisket Tacos, a dish that is sure to please any lover of southern comfort food. The tacos are made with slow-cooked brisket, pico de gallo, and cheddar cheese, and they are served with a side of breakfast potatoes. I ordered the traditional and ever-consistently great 2-egg breakfast paired with Bacon. Our food arrived quickly and piping hot. The Brisket Tacos were a hit with our classmate, who declared them to be "the best breakfast tacos I've ever had!" She loved the tender brisket and the flavorful pico de gallo. My 2-egg breakfast was also delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly to my liking, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful. The breakfast potatoes were also cooked perfectly, and they were seasoned just right. Throughout our meal, our ever-helpful server checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly and attentive, and she made us feel welcome. Overall, our breakfast at The Toasted Yolk was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was excellent. As we left the restaurant, our classmate was still raving about the Brisket Tacos. She said that she would never forget her first taste of southern comfort food. We were so happy that we were able to give our classmate such a positive breakfast experience. The Toasted Yolk is a great place to try authentic southern food, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. "Traveling through Houston and stopped at The Toasted Yolk for brunch. Food was excellent across the whole table, atmosphere was exciting and welcoming. I want to specifically call out our waitress Kiana. She was amazing. Made us feel at home, offered suggestions and recommendations and we weren't left wanting once. An absolute delight! I'll definitely ask for her by name next time I'm in the area."

"We really enjoy this place. Great dinning options. Great drink selections. Although coffee and water is enough for me. There house coffee is not watered down, it is strong and delicious. This time around I got the Cowboy scramble. This plate could possibly feed four people. It was great though with a thick homemade buttermilk biscuit under the scramble mix. The eggs Benedict are always cook perfectly per my wife. Go check this place out. They have several locations around Houston."
