Panera Bread

"Had to wait in line several customers back for a rapid pick up, for a sip club order that i placed ahead of time on the app. No large cups at the pick up counter and I was told to ask from front counter with the long line. I don't see what is rapid about this kind of pick up. No hazelnut or decaffeinated coffee available. I've had better service here during the week. I suppose the weekend management is lagging. Update: Came the following weekend. Original review had three stars. Service was much more attentive, this time. It seems like some northwest Paneras are phasing out the rapid pick-up shelves, for reasons unknown. So I imagine getting a rapid pick-up Sip club order may still be an issue Any however, I'm loving the sip club memembership. I receive very good rewards. I actually received a " free entree" reward for up to $15 value, and took full advantage of it I have to say this visit on the morning of March 3rd was very well worth it!"

"First thing was they were out of half of their menu. The young girl working behind the counter had no idea what were in the sandwiches. She could not tell me what was in each sandwich I asked about. I’m finally get my food and noticed right away the chicken noodle soup was mainly broth. I sipped my way to the bottom and this is the amount of actual chicken and noodles. Literally three bites. They’re charging $8 a bowl. Please close down already…."

"Arrived a little after 8 am and I was one of only 2 people in the restaurant. The floors were dirty, didn't appear to have been swept or vacuumed from day before. The bathroom was gross. One stall had no toilet paper and the toilet backs and walls had splatters on them. The microwave underneath the coffee bar was disgusting with spills all around and inside of it. All of this was at 8 AM, not the end of the day! The food was fine- quiche and a pecan pastry- was fine. It was nothing special but way overpriced. Coffee was good but not particularly hot. The employees were polite and efficient."

"Worst panera I have ever been to. I ordered 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. 33 minutes in and I still don't have my food. The staff seems to be run by children. Whoever manages this facility needs to be trained to manage. The line is only 5 orders deep. But I did notice the delivery orders are being filled before the orders of the patrons in the facility. Never again!"

"Ordered originally from the drive thru, a “you pick 2”, and requested a grilled cheese with only cheddar cheese and bacon. Was informed that they were out of the usual bread and approved ciabatta to be used as a replacement. After waiting 20 minutes even receiving my drink, I finally got my food to find the bacon completely missing. Went inside the store to correct the order and spoke with the manager, who asked if I would just like them to give me a side of bacon for my sandwich. I requested that the entire sandwich be remade. Waited an additional 20 minutes to receive a grilled cheese sandwich on a hamburger bun with bacon bits and American cheese. This location is a joke."
