"First time visit and I will start with the good. The facility looked new and the people working were pleasant. My order was taken at the counter in a timely manner. The young man that brought our food out was attentive and picked up our dishes when we were finished with our food. What I didn't care for is I ordered a coffee drink and was asked if I wanted it hot or cold, it was 40 degrees outside so I wanted a hot drink. I was brought a cold coffee drink. When we were brought our fork and knife, we received one in a napkin and I was given a fork and knife with no napkin and it was laid directly on the table. That is unsanitary. For as much as I paid for this meal I was not satisfied in the end. I may give it another try."
"Omg where do I begin! Delicious, fresh crepes or baked treats made ready for you within minutes. Staff are nice and they always make fun changes to the menu. Their cinnamon roll crepe is AMAZING if you luv brown sugar and cinnamon try it (yum). They also have a point system which is awesome for people like me that are constantly eating crepes as a weekly treat :)"
"Ordered takeout and it was supposed to be ready for pickup in 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting an hour for my food. I understand that preparing good food takes time, but a whole hour for a panini and crepe??? Not sure what the issue was exactly. They forgot the sauce for my crepe and it looks incredibly sad for a white chocolate raspberry crepe. It's delicious but where are the usual toppings? I'd recommend dining in instead if this is the mediocre presentation you get for takeout."
