"Absolutely wonderful staff and groomers! They offer a discount to nurses, EMTs, police and firefighters, and military/veterans. The discount is never taken for granted but always appreciate the recognition. I have a labradoodle and miniature poodle that get baths, haircuts, nails cut & teeth brushed. My pups look and smell amazing after their pampering! I drop them off in the morning and they are ready in a few hours. I couldn’t be happier."

"I took my golden retriever here today for a full groom for the first time. I am very picky because Mac suffers from frequent ear infections and is currently in both ears. It’s important to prevent any water from getting in his ears. Delaney was amazing and went above and beyond to to this using multiple methods to protect his ears. She was gentle and patient with him when he was nervous. She did a fantastic job with the groom and nail trim. She will be my go to from now on! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful and loved Mac. I highly recommend All American Grooming."

"15+ Year customer who will not return. Today’s appointment was a disaster. 8:00 appointments for both dogs worked out to be one at 8:00 the other at 11:00. The 11:00 ended up being for our 16 year old schnauzer who is somewhat feeble. When I voiced my concern the manager told me they offer a quicker service, of course with an extra charge. For the past several years both dogs were dropped off at 9:00 and picked up in 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The manager told me I had been lucky. For years I’m lucky? No one is that lucky. My old schnauzer had been bathed and dried and was waiting for a cut after 12:00. He was dropped off at 8:00. No one bothered to reach out to let me know there had been a mistake with his time. When I attempted to call multiple times there was no answer. I discovered the problem when I went to pick them up thinking they would be finished after four hours. In addition, the price for my Doodle went up 35%. This used to be a wonderful business. Not sure but it may be the new manager, who informed me she managed the Veterinary service and the grooming business."
