"Poor customer service. Dropped my prescription off for processing and advised to allow until 2:30pm to pick it up. Just to be sure I arrived at 2:42pm to give cushion time. At pick up window technician Ivan ,explained my order was not ready. "It will be another 20 minutes". When I mentioned the 2:30 pick up time he responded," that is just the way it is". Now, I understand schedules get behind. This is acceptable. What is not acceptable is how Ivan responded. The appropriate , professional response should have been. "I apologize for the delay" . Sorry for the inconvience. There are several complaints on this site related to poor customer service. Certainly, my future prescriptions will be filled elsewhere. The options are numerous. But, for the sake of representing the company, they should do better."

"Not happy at all. I had hospital send the Rx to Meijer Avon. It included a generic for an expensive blood thinner. I was told they had to order it, and they would call me when it came in. Was told a couple of days. I waited 3 days, heard nothing. I called the pharmacy and was told they couldnt order the product from the manufacturer. They DID NOT CALL ME like they said they would. Now I need to find a pharmacy that I can get the product all over again"

"Incompetent, and rude. My doctor made an order to fill for brand medication after experiencing bad side effects on a new generic. Staff went from telling me that nothing was on file despite the app saying otherwise, to telling me it would be ready in an hour. Came back to another staff member reading the same script, just to tell me they couldn’t fill the brand medication. Now I have to go yet another day without proper medication."

"I wouldn't give it any stars if I had my choice and I will never fill a script or shop at this meijer Ever Again. They kicked out my insurance in the system then replaced it with good rx and express scripts and have been charging me for scripts the last 2 months and charged me twice for one medication AND WILL NOT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT IT. complete incompetence and just bad business. Never again. But I am filing complaints with the BBB and the states attorney General. I am done with these Thieves."
