"Worst experience ever. I having been sitting her for over 20 minutes in line, while the staff is chatting with one person at the counter. I haven't seen a single transaction occur yet, not even sure why she is at the counter. Certainly don't understand why one of the teo employees talking to her couldn't break off and help me and the other people in line."

"We have been using this Pharmacy for the last 10 years and every time no matter what it is they always send us across the street to CVS even asked if we could get our prescription sent to the CVS but they said that the Walgreens is the place covered by our insurance then when we go there it is not covered"

"I called this pharmacy because our Walgreens near our house was closed & this one is open 24hours, my husband has COVID and was having side effects with the drug his Dr prescribed & it's the weekend so I called to see if the pharmacist could give us any info...She was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. She was patient & asked a lot of questions to make sure she gave the correct information & then told us to also contact our Dr on Monday morning to advise him of everything and the information she had given us. I was on hold when I 1st called for less than 2 minutes, that in today's world is impressive in itself I've sat on hold with places for an hour before only to be disconnected but not at this store I'm very impressed with the phone call alone....I can't imagine having a problem at this Walgreens that they couldn't help you work out & without all the rudeness we normally get from every store we call or go to in at least the last year alone. Thank u Walgreens for having a staff that TRUELY cares! They all need raises lol, u don't even get kindness or a smile anymore much less all of this! IMPRESSIVE! PLEASE PASS ON TO THE MANAGER!
