"Went into store at 10 am this morning for milk No chocolate milk. No half gallon 2% on shelf. I could see it back there. Asked an employee to get it. He had attitude about it. Bakery was pretty empty too. Store manager Scott you need to have a meeting with your staff your store is a mess. Went to Bownsburg and they were perfect. Side note even their stock room is cleaner. Looks like that store has a management team."
"Large common items are easy to find. Smaller, more obscure items could take a little hunting. The app will tell you which aisle something is located in, but they are long aisles."
"Second time I did a mobile pickup order. Second time it took over an hour. I was advised 15 minutes in that it would be 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I had to complain to get the groceries. Zero customer service skills for their kids working there. I didn't even get an apology for the delay"
"Their pick-up service is a total disaster! My husband & I sat in the car waiting for nearly an hour before I called the corporate # & finally someone from the Avon store spoke to us. Our order had not been filled... computer/system glitch?! We had to go back later in the day to pick up. The following experience, someone did come out & speak to me to let me know the order was MIA... couldn't find it anywhere & they were fulfilling it again. Moments later another employee came out to let me know that actually they had given my order to someone else... they were in Plainfield & heading back to Avon with my order. I couldn't even make this up if I tried. The level of incompetence is staggering."
"Very aggressive employee who has been watering flowers my last two visits has harassed me my last two visits will be getting her name and calling corporate if it happens if a third time id really rather not have to get someone in but I have severe anxiety in this is not something I can deal with it would be much appreciated if a manager would talk to her about her extremely inappropriate and aggressive behavior... It's an otherwise wonderful location with very good friendly staff when I'm no longer being regularly harassed I will change to 5 Stars"
